Construction panels

Construction panels are made from layers of spruce wood or fir wood glued with waterproof glue.

Outer layers are composed from lamellas glued alongside, and central layer from transversally laid small boards, framed with inserted and front readings.

Panels do not stick to concrete. Due to three-layer gluing, the panel acts minimally while its edges are protected with waterproof acrylic colour.

Characteristics of panels:

• Panels are used for boarding up concrete constructions.
• Minimal deformation, high bending strength.
• 21 and 27 mm thick, 1–3 m long.
• Smooth surface ground, protected by rich coating of artificial resin,
• Waterproof edges and transversal central layer, protected by a frame.
• Three layer construction with lamellas glued alongside.
• Waterproof gluing is controlled according to the DIN standard (AW 100).

Instructions for use:

Thoroughly moisten construction panels before concreting. After removing construction plates, they shall be cleaned and folded on an even surface. We recommend treatment of panels with paraffin wax and oils (also before the first use) in accordance with instruction of manufacturer. When working with construction panels, user shall be careful not to use too much nails and screws, and not to saw and drill the construction panel too much.

Packaging:

Packaging on palettes, 40 plates on a heap (27 mm), 2 x 50 panels per heap (21 mm), protected with PVC foil.
