Outer surface is covered with weather resistant aluminium, on the inner side warmth of noble wood!

Standard:

• Wood: spruce, oak;
• Leaf thickness together with aluminium plate: approximately 86 mm;
• Dimensions of single leaf door together with frame: 110 x 210 cm;
• Glass: ISO-thermo insulation 4/36/4 mm;
• Keyhole: 3-point with two hooks, DIN 92/10 mm, silver colour;
• Fits: three dimension, dual, high bearing strength;
• Threshold: thermo insulation BKV70 for installation on even floor;
• Surface processing:
  • inside: thick film according to colour card,
  • outside: aluminium plate and aluminium profile powder varnished with RAL9016 (white) tint.

Special variation:

• produced in larch or nut tree wood (upon request);
• custom made production:
  • width 105 to 110 cm, height from 205 to 215 cm: no additional payment required,
  • width or height less than 105 x 205 cm, to 95 x 195 cm: 10% additional payment,
  • width or height over 110 x 215 cm, to 120 x 230 cm: 10% additional payment.
• Glass groups I., II. or III.
• Surface processing:
  • inside: thick film according to colour card,
  • outside: aluminium plate and aluminium profile powder varnished with ALU-RAL colour card or two-tone.

Properties of door leaf plate

• general and local evenness of door leaves according to DIN EN 1530:2000-6 – tolerance class 4;
• climate resistance of a leaf to deformations between two different climates according to DIN EN 1121:2000-09 – classes c, d, e;
• thermal conductivity Uw = 0.96 W/m2k;
• sound insulation according to DIN EN 20140-03 DIN 52210 Rw = approximately 31 dB
• firmness of adhesive junctions according to DIN 68705 T2: AW, temperature stability up to 130° C;
• anti-burglary protection DIN V EN V 1627 - WK3 on the surface of the plate.

(Values apply to leaf plates without cuttings for glass; there is no test of the whole door element together with frame).
