Hasslacher to become the strategic partner of LIP BLED d.o.o.

Austrian company Hasslacher, with which we have been co-operating for three years already, will acquire a 35% stake in the construction panel programme of LIP BLED and will become our strategic partner in sawn products, construction panels and other products from primary timber processing.

The family company Hasslacher from Austrian Carinthia with over 100-year-long tradition employs more than 400 staff and has an annual turnover of EUR 140 million.  Their primary wood processing is based on three modern saw mills with an annual capacity of 1 million m³ of sawn timber. In co-operation with Hasslacher we wish to offer products of even higher quality and broaden our range of products and services.

Our two outstanding companies with long tradition, abundant experience and know-how will through synergy and joint strategic planning develop new products with a greater success.

Thanks to this partnership we will invest more in the modernisation and automation of our production and at the same time improve production and cost efficiency. In the years to come this will be a gain for us as producers and for you as our business partners.
